1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FixMyWeb (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FixMyWeb is a web accessibility auditing tool that scans websites for WCAG 2.1/2.2 compliance issues. The Service provides automated reports with recommendations but does not guarantee full WCAG compliance. Manual testing by accessibility experts is recommended for comprehensive audits.

3. Accounts and Plans

  • Free Plan: 5 scans per day, no account required.
  • Paid Plans: Pro ($39/mo), Agency ($149/mo), Enterprise ($399/mo). Require a valid payment method.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service to scan websites you do not own or have permission to scan
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Resell access to the Service without authorization
  • Submit URLs designed to exploit or attack the Service

5. Payments and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by FixMyWeb. Scan reports generated for your websites are yours to use and distribute.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that scans will detect all accessibility issues. The Service is not a substitute for professional accessibility auditing or legal advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL ACCESSISCAN BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Dashboard.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union, including GDPR and the European Accessibility Act, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
